My Review

A girl who was being chased by a pack of wolves and was about to die was rescued by the Nhil people. A nameless girl with a blank mind and no memories of her past, know only the language of the Nhil people—who offer her a house to live with them. After being rescued by a group of wolves, a man intends to die without remembrance of his past or a name. He is driven to the distant smoke, where he meets a beautiful girl who is uncannily similar to him—an empty mind, no recollection of the past, the same mark on the thing—and who speaks an unknown foreign language to him. Yet when they touch, both their mark burn like a warning; every creature and element warns them to stay away, but they only see glimpses of their past when they are together.

Fantastic writing! Pepper's writing is brilliant and engaging from the first line. I'd heard a lot about Winters' work but had never read it. With its little nuances and new world, the beginning of this novel is quite intriguing. The girl's and man's pains appear to be related, and the emotions of loneliness, love, and agony intersect in the beginning and middle.

Slow detail is excellent in fantasy to immerse you in the world, but this book becomes painfully slow after a while and harder to read, with some events and pieces of information repeating themselves. The constant focus on the small details became tiresome after a while, and I only wished for the story to move forward. I grew uninterested and bored. Too much information was flung at me without explanation, and the plot was riddled with gaps and ended on a predictable cliffhanger.

It's not for my high-fantasy romance; far from it. I went into this book with an open mind and no real expectations, but still, I feel disappointed. It has a brilliant idea and excellent writing, but the implementation falls short.

Although this book has its own darkness, I still find its plot light. The confusing characters and twists are fantastic.

But there is a lot of information presented too quickly at a time, one after another. A few twists are predictable, and the plot and characters aren't as deep as they could have been. Aura is understandable and flawed, which gives the book a breath of fresh air. The secrets of other guys are revealed way too quickly. Although Riven keeps secrets, there is something about this mystery guy that captivates me. His hatred, push-and-pull behavior, outbursts, and angry revelation are amazingly written to life and come out bit by bit.

The Lost Elementals is perfect for those seeking a quick, fast-paced story with less depth in plot, characters, magic, and a setting that's different but with the same high school drama. The book was still a pleasure to read, despite all its flaws.

The banter between both of them is to die for. It was fascinating to see Val and Dante's points of view. The story starts slow and fast in the middle and at the end. Its end and last twist are the most satisfying and spectacular parts. The story differs from Cora's previous bodyguard romance, which is also the reason I enjoyed reading this one.

This novel has a lot of potential. I wanted to read the mafia and political romance. I enjoy the interaction between Anna and Clifford, as well as his personality. He has far too many stories to tell that can breathe fresh life into it. I was expecting a love triangle but was greatly disappointed. The plot was so fast that I couldn't connect and barely felt Anna and Santino's relationship evolve. I was quite disappointed because Cora is great at slow romance, so I expected that to be there.

Finally, this novel is good for its powerful characters, great story, and new Outfit changes. And the promise of a fantastic story about the Outfit's next heir. Leonas, though, is what makes this novel memorable for me. Prior to reading this book, I didn't have any strong feelings about his novel, but now that I have, I am quite eager to read it.

This book is excellent in every way. Gemma's struggle is emotional, raw, and tangible. Gemma and Ben's banter is both hilarious and heated. The chemistry and tension feel as if they are both holding a knife to their throats, and then, boom!

Gemma is a cold and ruthless lawyer who dreams of HEA. She is so real that I can relate to her and feel her. It's hard to get a character like her, and I just love her. Though I read Ben from her view, there is nothing in me that does not love him for his sweet gestures.

The anguish and gradual burn are so powerful that they hum in my veins. This storyline is strong, with so many issues that it is hard to ignore. The book's prose is brilliant, and the devil part is phenomenal. The author did justice to the characters, the plot, and the enemies-to-lover romance. I enjoyed this book, felt, and loved it with an intensity to never forget.

The romance and chemistry between them are pretty interesting.

The story is light and fast-paced, with plenty of clichéd moments that are enjoyable to read after a long time. There are some moments that I truly loved and enjoyed reading, and that made me smile and sad. This book contains an adolescent romance, making it ideal for new and young readers.

Marco is still dealing with his PTSD and is kind, gentle, caring, and understanding towards their children. I adore the process of his healing for his family. Marco and Jenna's chemistry and dynamics are off the charts. They feel natural and are fantastic with each other.

Jenna is wonderful and enjoyable to read. Her struggle to discover and embrace her new personality is terribly realistic, and I'm not sure whether I was comfortable at first. But after this book, I'm indeed comfortable reading the light phrase of bisexuality. Jenna's family and the Marco sisters make their place in the story unnoticed.

The plot is unique and emotionally developed. I never expected this book to have so much funny banter and moments, yet serious intimate scenes lead to hilarious moments that I will never forget, and this is the portion I devour the most. I enjoy the tiny thrill of suspense and the final twist. This book is well-written and fast-paced.

Overall, Stepping Stone tells the story of a painful journey of self-discovery, acceptance, sexual awakening, heartbreak, trauma, healing, forgiveness, and second-chance romance. Arnold touches on and brings to life several taboo and vital issues in this book. It is a must-read romance with well-developed characters and a compelling tale.

After reading this book, I am speechless and thoughtless. This book has gotten under my skin, and I cherish each and every page.

After losing his first love to his brother Ahaan's heart is broken. So he builds a wall to never love again and lets any girl into his heart, but destiny plays with him again. Purvi, a girl who annoys him, shares the space and drinks with him on the night he wishes to be alone. Purvi realizes in the morning that she had drunken unprotected sex with Ahaan. Now, she is pregnant, so she suggests marrying Ahaan to protect her baby and herself from the one person she fears the most—Ehsaas. Purvi's presence begins to heal Ahaan, and he recognizes his mistake in judging her. Purvi and Ahaan get closer, but Eshaas stands in the way, holding too many secrets in his hands to break them apart to win Purvi. Purvi must choose between her desire for Eshaas and the serenity that Ahaan brings. Ahaan stood by the side of his own story, but this time he vowed not to let anybody break his heart again.

Purvi is sassy, fiery, and carefree but hides perfectly in her dramatic charm. This daring and bold story is just made for Purvi. Purvi is indeed a bombshell; she always surprises me whenever she speaks. I adore her hate or love dynamic with Eshaas and also her anger or love with Ahaan. I absolutely love her as she grows more stunning and magnificent throughout the book. The banter between Ahaan and Purvi is both amusing and hot.

Ahaan, Oh! I have a special place for him. He is very different from the previous book, but I like his growth, maturity, and gentleness in this book. I enjoyed reading about his inner turmoil of loving someone again. I adore his wild thoughts about Purvi, giving me a glimpse of his old self. The chemistry and attraction between them are scorching hot.

Eshaas has a mysterious aura that makes it all the more curious to know. And the author nailed it. I had too many mixed feelings for him; at first, hate came naturally for him like Purvi, but as the secrets unraveled, I was drawn to him. His darkness pushes me over the edge. I was taken aback by the epilogue and am eager to read his book. However, I adore Saanj far more than I should and would like to hear more about her life secrets.

The plot is compelling, and the twist is both; pleasant and surprising, keeping me captivated until the end. The love triangle is impressively written. I am impressed with the author for remembering that Purvi is pregnant throughout the entire book and giving a different, non-cliché, and realistic reason for an unexpected pregnancy. I read the book slowly to make it last as long as possible. I love the way this story turns on a dark edge.

Toxic Love is a must-read slow-burn romance consisting of hate, love, revenge, forgiveness, and heartbreak.

The language is straightforward and clear to provide perfect sight. Some chapters go into great detail on the supporting characters so that you can understand and connect with them. The novel moves quickly and is well-written.

However, the writing style is quite different and unfamiliar to me, which is hard to ignore and confounds me. Too many extended lines, repeats of description, and repetitions of words slow the pace for me.

Overall, the plotline and settling of the world is a rich and perfect story of modern mythological Hindu fiction. The suspense presses me into this book and many of its life lessons.

But there is something between Vihaan and Tiya that feels more real. And Vihaan is also hiding his real reason for being with Tiya, which can break everything that grows between them.

Vihaan gives me the inside of the long-hidden secret, and it is so heartfelt and painful to know about it. The backdrop storyline is fascinating from the start, and this one adds to it. Vihaan and Tiya's banter makes me laugh in every scene, and their dynamic adds to the story's appeal. Their chemistry is blazing hot, powerful enough to make you want more.

The author has a charm for writing the supporting characters, and this book is no exception. Bhog describes the scene in a simple and evocative way. I've been dying to read Aaryan's book ever since the previous one, and this one has just sparked my curiosity. But in this novel, Dev tickles my interest and tempts me to hear his side of the story.

The best part about this book that makes this book more special for me is the connection between this book and my favorite series, the Sehgal Family and Friends Series. It is strategic and well planned. The marriage of Sheena and Rajiv Mehra happens in the first book of the Sehgal series, but we never know anything about Rajiv, so it comes as a huge surprise and delight to read.

However, this book repeats some moments from the first book, which is a major letdown for me. Sapna Bhog was introduced to me via the fake-dating trope. That book is one of my favorites, but this book hardly devours the trope despite having powerful characters, a strong storyline, and intense chemistry. I had high hopes for this one.

It is the heartfelt story of family love, loyalty, longing, and pain tangled with attraction and true love. This book has a powerful hold on you that keeps you hooked until the very end. There are so many memorable and captivating moments that I enjoy reading.
