Storyline

Dev Singham is a powerful businessman, London returns, a brutal fighter, and born in a privileged Singham family. One project forced him to work and stay with his enemy, whose secrets he hid for a long time. He has only one piece of a page but wants the full page of her mind. Hate is a small word to describe his feelings for Sabita Prajapati.

Sabita Prajapati is an illegitimate child, known as the murder's daughter and fierce leader of Prajapati's. She never has a choice, and circumstances made her like this. She desires things that don't allow even in her dreams and lead her to live like a dead woman. One decision not only broke her wall but threatened to reveal her secrets.

They both are hot-headed every time they meet, break everything around them, but their hatred is not the only thing binding them together. There is much more, but what?

My Review

M.V. Kasi's every book has the power to grab your attention, but this one nailed it. I read her books for her fabulous plots, and this book has a rich story and unexpected twist-turns of events that shocked me deeply.

Sabita Prajapati is a cold-hearted, badass, fierce fighter, strong-willed woman, and caring for her people. I like reading powerful female-based stories, and this book is one of these. When the story begins to narrate her causes of pain, it is hard not to feel her emotions and tears.

Dev Singham's character presence is loud enough to make you devour his entire life. He is a cocky, egotistical, hot-headed, and handsome player. Their hatred and bothered emotions are intense enough to feel in my skin.

M.V. Kasi always writes the characters that have imperfections and proudly shows them for that I admire her. Again, she shows us male society mentality, rape issues, and women's problems. There are likewise descriptive fighting scenes.

The language of the book is simple to read by everyone. Dev and Sabita take the series one step ahead and clear the dust off the memories. Dev and Sabita's characters are composed perfectly with the goal that I can feel their pain, separation, and cheerful closure. Their clashing, passionate to vulnerable or emotional scenes makes this book unforgettable.

This book has the full effect on me to pick the next book to read in this series until you read this one.

Recommendation

  • If you are looking for enemies to lovers, romance books.

  • If you want to read strong characters with a world of mysterious tales.

  • If you are a beginner or enjoy reading an emotional ride with romance.

  • You can read it if you are an adult.

  • There are many descriptive violent, intimate and sensitive scenes only for mature readers.

  • You can read this as a standalone but I suggest you read the first novel to understand the background stories.

Best Quote of Bound by Hatred

Sometimes, those who pretend they are cold-hearted and emotionless… are the ones who are protecting the biggest hearts.

In my version of the future, we are quite lucky. Because I even see us dying together. I see my forever in you.
It’s a longing. And the kind of longing I have towards you is not just sweet or romantic. Even the mere thought of not having you in my life anymore makes me feel like my guts have been ripped out.
A fearless warrior dies only once, but a coward… dies a thousand deaths.
The only good thing about having a hard life was that one becomes good at overcoming obstacles if not completely eliminating them.
A chance to prove myself to you. A chance for you to trust me completely. A chance for us to be happy together.
