Some things are worth waiting for…

Traveling thousands of miles from home to enter college is the only way nineteen-year-old Avery Morgansten can escape what happened at the Halloween party five years ago—an event that forever changed her life. All she needs to do is make it to her classes on time, make sure the bracelet on her left wrist stays in place, not draw any attention to herself, and maybe—please God—make a few friends, because surely that would be a nice change of pace. The one thing she didn’t need and never planned on was capturing the attention of the one guy who could shatter the precarious future she’s building for herself.

Some things are worth experiencing…

Cameron Hamilton is six feet and three inches of swoon-worthy hotness, complete with a pair of striking blue eyes and a remarkable ability to make her want things she believed were irrevocably stolen from her. She knows she needs to stay away from him, but Cam is freaking everywhere, with his charm, his witty banter, and that damn dimple that’s just so… so lickable. Getting involved with him is dangerous, but when ignoring the simmering tension that sparks whenever they are around each other becomes impossible, he brings out a side of her she never knew existed.

Some things should never be kept quiet…

But when Avery starts receiving threatening emails and phone calls forcing her to face a past she wants silenced, she’s has no other choice but to acknowledge that someone is refusing to allow her to let go of that night when everything changed. When the devastating truth comes out, will she resurface this time with one less scar? And can Cam be there to help her or will he be dragged down with her?

And some things are worth fighting for…

My Review :

Wait for You is the book that makes you believe in love and feel it. For too many days, I was waiting to read this book, and now I can't leave this book behind. The cover, title, or blurb are just a perfect match for this book. This book holds slow-burning teen romance.

Avery Morgansten is starting a new life to forget her haunted past but can't stop herself from attracting the attention of the popular guy of the college. Grabbing attention is the last thing she wants.

Avery and Cam have their share of a haunted past which they want to forget. Experience of the past makes them grow out of it with different personalities, certainly strong characters. Avery is simple, strong, brave, and scared to trust or love. I have a bit of a sense of her past, but it comes out more different and put into words more impressively. Cam's past was a bit shocking for me.

Cam is not what you read in every other romance book. Cam is a funny-cool, confident, and determined guy. Cam's determines to take Avery on a date. After being rejected by her did everything every second to listen to a yes from her.

Cam was the reason that I fell in love with him and the story. Cam makes Avery believe in herself, and the author beautifully writes their romantic and funny moments, especially the open movie night date. Their friends make the story more lively and humorous, and Cam's parents are lovable and fun readable characters.

Wait for You is a combined romance package with raw emotions, laugh, frustration, clouded eyes and takes you on edge. This book is about the slow progress of the relationship of trust and love issues, and it surprised me with unexpected twist-turns. I can't slow down my reading. I'm too engrossed in the book and finish in one sitting. Every piece fits the story precisely. It comes in my favorite books, and I have already read it twice, going to read again and prescribe it to all.

Best Lines of Wait for You

Everything was okay. Maybe not perfect, but life wasn't meant to be perfect. It was messy and sometimes it was a disaster, but there was beauty in the messiness and there could be peace in the disaster.
As long as the sun’s shining, shit can’t be that bad.
I have hope because I love you-I've been in love with you, Avery. Probably before I even realized that I was.
We are your friends. It is the law of friendship that you tell us things you don’t want to tell us.
I've wanted to be with you since the first time you turned me down. I've just been waiting for you to come around.
Envy grew like a cancer, deep and invasive.
